This is the new and improved version, there are some slight changes in the flypage setup but this will open the zoomed image on the currently displayed image.
This mod has only 1 modified file and needs no alterations to your sites template file, it also includes the relevant js files. Which are mootools and slimbox.
You can see the mod working here and this should explain what it does. It allows you to have swappable images and lightbox functionality.
(*Remember to back up your files and DB before installation)
To install, extract the file to the root of your site. When it asks you if you wish to overwrite select yes.
The archive is arranged with the correct directory structure.
Template Modifications
You will have to alter your product details flypage to use this. Instead of using {product_image} in your flypage use this
The piece of code highlighted in red is the height of the product image on your details page, obviously adjust this to suit your site, you can of course change this to 'width="xx" or height="xx" width="xx" ' to suit your needs.
If you are using more images include the standard tag for this i.e. {more_images}. The size of these images is controlled by css so add this to your template_css.css file or your-site/components/com_virtuemart/css/shop.css file for your site.

Obviously this only works in the details page and not the browse page.
