Where do I use this bit of code?
{more_images}
I would like my product page to have three images like your example. How do I actually manage multiple images through the backend?

The {more_images} goes into your flypage. This is a standard VM tag.
You add more images to a product by clicking on the products menu in vm and select file manager. This allows you to add extra images to a product.

Dear Mark,
I believe you put your (more_images) inside the tabs as example, how do you manage that? so far i can only use tabs in my product description, not inside my flypage. Can u tell me how to do that..?, since i'm a really new with this joomla & VM and my site is now still running in my localhost.
