Can more images for child inherit from parent? 3 Years, 11 Months ago
Mark, great site, great work! I was directed here by a fellow VirtueMartian who says you are the guru of "more images". How can I make the More Images for my child products use the same More Images as their parents? Right now when I click More Images, I am taken to a "No Image Available" page. Any advice you can give would be great!

the standard more images page (shop.view_images.php) doesn't check to see if the product has a parent in which case it could inherit the more_images.
So that file would need altering.
It doesn't work in my lightbox mod either! Which will now be changed so that it does.
Certain assumptions are made too! As in if it has a parent product use the parents more images, but the child could have it's own child images and this is ignored!
However, I can not give any more help as this is not related to my mod and this site is dedicated to my mod not general VM problems. This needs to be directed to the main VM forum, sorry.
