Our website www.TaylorMadeBooks.biz sells personalized books. As a result we collect a lot of information from the customer. We would like to streamline the checkout process by removing some of the steps.

We only use one shipping method and one payment method therefore the customer does not have to select these options. How can I keep the default options and send the customer directly to paypal?

We want to bypass the following screens/steps:

1 Please selet a shipping method
2 Please confirm data and confirm the order!

Then clicking the Next>> button on the screen with "Please select a shipping address" would take the customer to the paypal screen.
